Roads
sector, we have worked on complex technoeconomic feasibility
studies for Expressways, National Highways, State Highways
and Urban Road Development. Our clients include National
Highway Authority of India, Road Development Corporations,
Public Works Department and reputed developers of road
projects.
In the
Ports
sector, CRISIL Infrastructure Advisory is providing
assistance to most of the maritime states in India.
We have been involved in developing BOOT policy for
ports, drafting model concession agreements and successfully
managing transactions resulting in the selection of
reputed international developers for ports. We have
pioneered the concept of competitive pricing of port
services. We are also responsible for the first study
on the corporatisation of a major port in India. Our
clients include the Port Regulator, Maritime Boards,
Port Trusts, Developers and Ministry of Surface Transport
(MoST).
In the
Airports
sector, we have been involved in several greenfield
airport projects and have been instrumental in shaping
the policy for development of greenfield airport projects.

private sector participants on issues related to contracts
and state support.
