'Priceless 20: Showcase of Landmark PPP Projects of India' aims to identify and spotlight the achievements of the landmark PPP projects of India in national and international forums and thus demonstrate India's success in engaging with PPPs in infrastructure sectors.

Based on our preliminary assessment and publicly available information regarding prominent PPP projects, we have, thus far, short-listed about 80 projects across key infrastructure sectors. The initial selection criteria were:

»	The project should have achieved financial closure.
»	The PPP structure should be such that the private party has a substantial risk i.e. it should have a significant role in terms of investment or service delivery or both. (For e.g., plain vanilla EPC contracts would not be short-listed).
»	The project should be of a size and/or scope, which is commensurate with the average projects of the sector.

We seek your expert opinion on these PPP projects, to help us identify the most prominent landmark PPP projects in India and understand the factors that make these projects 'landmark'.
