open approach |
Our senior
colleagues are easily accessible in person, and may
be approached by any employee to air and share their
concerns at work.
Our senior management gives prime importance to communication
with peers and colleagues, meeting them time to time,
and providing direction, the way ahead and corporate
developments.
Our senior management regularly participate
in employees’ discussion for sharing views
candidly with employees across the country. In addition,
we also have institutionalised open-house sessions and
engagement programs in which employees at all levels
meet and discuss various work issues with their respective
Heads/Directors. Employees may also take part in one-on-one
sessions where they can interact privately with senior
management. These sessions are helpful in providing
mentorship, as well as understanding real-life issues
that colleagues face at work. The queries and discussions
are formally recorded and followed up.
Our in-house magazine, CRISILITE, connects all our people
across various geographies. The objective of the CRISILITE
is to serve as a common medium of exchange of business
news, individual achievements and organization plans
besides serving as a platform for sharing employee experiences
in CRISIL and in their personal and social lives. |
